This lady charged me almost $600 in alterations and almost ruined my wedding dress with only 2 weeks before my wedding! She was asksd to remove 1-2 layers of tulle from the dress and took 4 including the slip, making the dress see through! She altered the neck line making the fabric pucker & the beads look clustered. The hem was extremely uneven. When it was fixed, my new seamstress removed another inch of fabric on one side of them hem and 4 on the other.When asked for something to be done, she was not in" twice and phone calls were never returned. Absolutely do not leave your wedding dress here!!!!"

The zipper pull had come off a winter jacket, the zipper itself was still in good shape. I brought the jacket here, they very quickly replaced the 'slide' on the zipper and offered same day service. I will bring any other garmets here, I'm very pleased with the service.

Took my high end ball gown wedding dress to be hemmed and have a bustle put on. She charges me 500.00 UP FRONT BEFORE ANY WORK WAS DONE. She put one tiny button on the back to hold up 20lbs of dress. All night long people kept asking me why I didn't have a bustle put on? It dragged horribly and ended up getting ripped because people kept stepping on it. Terrible job!!!!! I didn't realize until at my wedding when I was trying to enjoy myself but kept tripping on a dress that was in her words perfect". I should have paid more attention but her tiny shop doesn't give you much room to walk around in a dress that size

I can't even express my gratitude that this sweet lady took on the task of altering my wedding dress. I went to 2 other shops and they said far too much work". She had 3 weeks to have this dress fit me!!She had the dress ripped apart and when I went back for my second fitting within a week

I called to see if I could get 'professionally' measured for a dress. I was not looking for a freebie, I was going to pay for the service. I just wanted to know if I need to book an appointment but never got that far in the conversation.I was told No do not come to my store." As she hung up on me."

Went in there to get some pants hemmed and tapered. She asked me how much I would like off the bottom and how much to taper. So I just showed her what I would like and she said how much?". I didn't know how much to take off or taper

Went here for my sons first communing suit, my son was not with me at the time so I bought a suit in his size. Got home, tried it on it was too small so I went to try the only other size they had that was three sizes bigger and it was way too big. Sad about the suits not fitting I tried to return the suit and the lady said “store credit only, no refund”. Argued with her about the sign she had covered with a dress that said “store credit only”, took the suit that’s too big and left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, very unprofessional and unwilling to compromise.

I needed a lot of alterations done to my wedding dress. Ran into an issue with the length of it and because of the style of the dress, it couldn't be hemmed. She was able to use her creativity and design a new front on my dress.She was very fair for the cost in all of the work that needed to be done and it was done in a great timeline. Highly recommend.
