Long struggling process,

Avoid this location if possible. The representatives who work here are too childish and emotional to properly do their job and if you speak up they will act very belligerent its almost as if they have a mental health disorder. Its taken me about 5-6 visits here to get my passport papers properly submitted and each time there is a problem of some sort. This location is about a 40km drive for me so this is really time consuming. I will be visiting a different location next time since this location is too unprofessional. When I got upset with my service and spoke up for myself they had the nerve to say they don't get paid enough to put up with this garbage" from me
