The Rolling Barrel Tours

Did not have a great experience with this company. I had booked our tour weeks in advance. I received a confirmation email the day before our tour stating that we were all good to go; however, the day of our tour I got an email stating that a few days prior, there was a wild group" that managed to break the bike. This was very frustrating as I got a reminder email the day before saying we are good

This was such a fun activity! Kicked off a night out for my bachelorette with this pub crawl. They brought extra staff to help pedal as we had a smaller group. We got to break in a new guide Del" who was absolutely fantastic. Great music

This is my first review, but feel so strongly about how awful our experience was, I feel the need to warn others.We booked with the Rolling Barrel for our friend's bachelorette party on August 20th. We arrived at the meeting point the day of our booking and were left utterly confused. There was no signage, no markings, and no one was around. Our repeated calls went straight to voicemail.We did happen to notice another group of girls who, as it turned out, had also booked a pedal bike tour for 5pm that day.One of their group members was able to connect with a representative from the Rolling Barrel and they were informed that the tour had be CANCELLED and that they had been sent an email to notify them of the cancelation.After hearing this, the girl who booked our tour went into her inbox and found that we had also received a cancelation email for our booking which had been sent the night before (August 19th). No explanation was given as to the reason of the cancelation, just the notification and a refund sent.It's my assumption that operating a business like this, most of your clientele would consist of groups celebrating special events. So, needless to say, the last minute, no notice cancelation via EMAIL, reeallly put a damper on the whole weekend. At the absolute veeeerrrry least, a phone call should have been warranted.So, if you want to feel WILDLY DISAPPOINTED, and experience absolute AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, then Rolling Barrel is the company for you!

My wife and I went to Victoria for our 15 year Anniversary. Signed up for the Rolling Barrel pub crawl and had the best time ever. John our driver was fantastic and super entertaining. We had a bridal and groom shower along for the ride which made for some ultra hijinks. Highly recommended and a must do if you want a fun time.

This is such a great idea and an awesome experience! Our driver, Michael, was so friendly and entertaining and made the pub crawl that much better. He looked after us at each venue and made sure we got our bills on time to keep the tour on schedule. Everyone on the tour had a blast. I will definitely recommend this to friends and will be back myself in the near future.

Not impressed with the rolling barrel. We were cancelled on the day of. We even got a confirmation the day before but were told the bike broke a few days before so I don’t understand why it wasn’t told to us sooner. Wish they had given us more of a head up since we had people from out of town. Very unprofessional.

Our tour group consisted of work colleagues. Everyone was in the party spirit, which make the tour a lot of fun. They play music as you peddle, as a team, down the streets of Victoria. We stopped at a few pubs along the way. Our tour guide Michael was very accommodating and funny. It was a pleasure dealing with this company for a corporate event. I would highly recommend.

Thanks for a great bach party bike tour!! Loved the bike, great pub stops, Joe was a super fun tour guide, and the bride loved it. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Vic!!

We went on this tour for a friends birthday! Was so much fun. Michael was our tour guide and he cranked the music, we were pedaling, dancing and having a fabulous time! We started at Belleville pub( drink), worked our way up to Irish times pub (drink and free poutine)and then on to the canoe club(drink) and then back to Belleville’s (drinks and free samosas and ribs)Would absolutely recommend!

Myself and the bachelorette party had a fantastic time on the Rolling Barrel Tour! We had a lot of fun on and off the bike singing and dancing, and the employees made it all the better! I would definitely recommend this tour if you're in Victoria!
