On today's date I decided to go to Beauty supply to look around as I was hoping to purchase some hair supplies for myself in the midst of looking around I received a message from my daughter and I responded. upon doing so the sales representative/ owner? at Beauty supply ended up asking me if I required any help and I responded I am okay. Shortly after she came up to me and said in a very rude tone that if I'm not shopping here to find my way out of her store. I inquired what gives her the right to make this assumption. I felt so uncomfortable and was appalled by her customer service and disrespectful encountering. Not only did she loose a customer, but also I have every intention to share my unpleasant experience as nobody deserves to be treated that way. This is not how a business should be ran.I strongly encourage that time is taken to learn the essential skills required to provide customer service in a respectful and positive manner.As a result I would not recommend shopping here.
