In summary :1. Acted like a scammer from the beginning. Always exaggerating and making unrealistic promises and guarantees.2. Goes back on even the simple guarantees, his word means nothing. He even lied about his mother dying on the day of one of our encounters, and numerous other ridiculous things.3. Knowingly did a poor job (the door looked worse after his first repair attempt than before we even brought it in..) and tried to intimidate me into accepting it.4. Became extremely hostile and aggressive, shouting and swearing, when I refused to accept his poor work.5. He even somehow managed to cause mechanical damage to my car, whether done purposefully or due to his lack of skills, I am not sure.Edit:I am editing to dispute the response of the owner. Firstly, they are claiming to collect the rest of an invoice, but I received a fake invoice with incorrect details about the car model, which they wanted me to use to scam the person who hit my car. Furthermore, I paid them in cash to avoid taxes. Secondly, the owner was very disrespectful, and I even have a recording of him shouting, swearing, and threatening to damage my car. In addition, my car's lock was broken after their poor job, and I have a recording of it. Furthermore, I have attached a photo of their shoddy workmanship. Therefore, I strongly disagree with the owner's response to this situation.The detailed story:I had a terrible experience at Faraz Auto Collision & Painting. I took my car to them to get an estimate for a door dent/scratch caused by another driver opening their door into mine. However, they tried to get me to scam the other driver by inflating the estimate with additional costs" for a vehicle rental

I do turo, so I have a lot of small scratches but this one was a little too big. As you can see it was also on the body line.. I had to find a decent shop to deal this problem with me. I tried my luck by calling here since they have the best reviews. It was totally worth it. John knows what's up with the job, period. Great staff, easy to converse with and are professional, John explains the situation easily and can be understood and they did an amazing job way beyond from what I am expecting and the prices is reasonable so I recommend this to anyone who is checking this place.

This was my second time using their auto body shop and I would recommend them to anyone! Their excellent communication and customer service made the process easy for me. I don't know much about cars, but they went as far as to print out diagrams of the vehicle parts to explain to me what needed to be done.
