Foot Locker

You guys need new staff or replace that one I am going to mention. We came in store today. One of our friend was shopping and my friend and I, were sitting on the desk inside. That guy was just sitting on our head till the time we were in the store. Thinking that we were going to steal from the store. And after we left, no greetings from them. And he was staring at us as soon we were visible to the FILIPINO guy.

Horrible customer service at this footlocker. The Asian lady who works there is VERY snobby and will stare at you like you’re a thief instead of a customer. Very lazy women employees. I’d say they need a new manager ASAP

Bought 2 pair adidas ultra boost i had the shoes out of the box in the check out so he can see himself if anything wrong. I paid then the manager who is in the til that time. He gave me 2 bags and left me with out any word. Do i have to put the shoe in the box my self and bag it or should did he? I felt it’s kind of rude to do that to your customer Mr Manager. Every time i grabbing stuff to this store i always have this kind of stuff happening.

Poor customer service and have not much variety of shoes . U name any model of shoes and they say it’s out of stock

Worst customer service ever. I went last week to return my husband’s jacket which we purchased online. As my husband was out of town and I also had to travel out of country for 2 months, so I went there myself to return. The manager there whose name is “Abby Chopra” harassed me. He told me that I have stolen the credit card even after I gave him receipt with the product I was returning. He then told me that he want the credit card statement showing that the transaction was made. I called my husband and asked him to send me the screenshot. Even after showing him the statement, he said that he will refund to my husband not to me as I may have stolen his credit card. I was with one of my friend and we both explained him the situation. He was not even ready to refund after my husband wanted to give him authority over the phone. At last we had to call the customer care and told them everything. They said that if the statement has my husband’s name then I can be refunded. I did showed all that to Abby but he declined to return. He doesn’t even deserve to be a manager. This the second incident happened to us with this manager. We no longer want to buy anything from foot locker now until and unless Psycho people like Abby Chopra is working there. Very humiliating and disappointed.

Great place to have brand shoes but not all staff are great for example ask for a smaller size different I wait for 20min let him helping other customers and keep of ignoring me but other wise the rest of the staff was amazing.

This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My friend and I came to the store this afternoon - not greeted with a hello but with a “sanitize please” and motion to the corner of the store. We were not asked if we needed help, he just stood there and stared at us. I asked for a shoe and he came over, scanned it and told a girl to go get it from the back. The girl comes out and places the box on the bench and walks away. I take the shoes to the till and she goes “aren’t you going to try on”, I said “no, these are for my boyfriend” (as if I wear a 10.5 men’s shoe??) she continues to ring me up and obviously paid no attention to me spelling my email out for her because now I don’t have a receipt and the shoes are unfortunately too big and I have to go back.

The manager has without a doubt some of the worst customer service skills. This guy feels that he knows more thank you and everyone else. Like personally I’d rather drive all the way to the Northgate mall then go to the Cornwall centre just for the simple fact of this me know it all of a manager with his customer service skills.

Wish they have more options

Walked in with my three kids trying to buy summer shoes and didn’t have aloy of time due to work schedule and mall hours. I wasn’t approached or asked if I needed help I had to ask for help and he was very un approached nor did he act like he wanted to help me. We sat as he helped another woman and I said sorry to my son because they weren’t helpful the woman said something to the worker and he said I helped you. I said it’s fine you weren’t going to help me when we left he went out and yelled at me across the mall… ‘we’re not helpful huh ? Not helpful!’ So embarrassing for footlocker and I won’t ever go here again. Im literally disgusted and would rather order online then help this store and keeping jobs
