I went to see this place. Not to bad but they had some trouble with english. OK selection but wasn't to impress by services. Hard time answering questions about what i should buy as a first gun.

Good price and staff is very nice. They are ready to stay after open hours if you ask them. Open your gun in front of you just to show you how, etc..Very recommend

Placed an order with them online, and they notified me right away an item I ordered with another item was not the right one. They corrected it for me very quickly and professionally. Definitely recommended.

Great selection of airsoft gear. But the customer service is lacking compared to taktik mtlEdit for owner : ------------------------------------What i didn't like were the following points :-The staff seems relatively inexperienced when recommending accessories for airsoft guns (for example, if a certain magazine will fit or not, etc). But i will say that i was happy with the overall help they provided when selecting clothes items.-This is less related to the staff itself, but more with the experience : We are unable to test the guns and the accessories before making the final commitment to buy them. I understand that you cannot loan" guns for testing

Just got my GHK AKMS with the underfolder (They gave the option between underfolder and side), it took some time, about three to four weeks, but I got it. They even provided me with a replacement muzzle to replace the orange tip if need be and once Canpar got the package, i got it the same day. All in all, good service

I will never try to order from them again. I placed an order online, a few days pass I get an email from them saying two of the items are out of stock (even though they were listed as in stock) fine it happens. So I canceled my order no harm done, I go back on to their site see that one of the items are now listed as out of stock only for it to be listed as in stock later that day but marked up in price.

These guys are amazing, I reccomend them 100%. They take the utmost care of their customers, prime example was when I ordered an Airsoft AK74 from them and a battery they emailed me to let me know they battery wouldnt fit. They respond to emails very quickly and do everything in their power to sort out any issues. These guys are amazing!

I been in the store, and always had a nice experience, this time I tried online order because I didn’t had the time to go, after 2 days they called me, to tell me that they didn’t have the items I wanted, so now I have no chance to buy elsewhere before the event I was planning to attend on Saturday... you need to keep better track of your stock...

My brother bought a brand new m4 off the wall brought it home and tried it and it didn't work manager refuses to exchange it. They want to fix it if you buy something new you except what you buy to work. The manager has no customer service skills what so ever is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this store. Many other options out there. $400 dollars it a lot of money and you want it to work.

I ordered an airsoft rifle from AAL online. It was delivered by Canpar which was slow and their tracking information was terrible. But that's a different issue. When I received the item, I noticed the buffer tube was loose. Also, pulling the charging handle didn't open the dust cover to access the hop up adjustment. The dust cover had to be pried open manually then the charging handle could pull back the bolt cover.I contacted AAL to ask what I can do to fix the issue. I was really surprised that it wasn't checked over before shipping it. They didn't respond to my email after 5 days so I had to send them another email before they replied. I was told to look at my warranty card and contact them for any support.Seems like they only do the bare minimum to make a sale and then it's not their problem anymore. They didn't even ask a single question to see if they could resolve the issue over email or the phone. Very disappointed.2 stars for sending the correct product.
