Dirty.machines didnt work.no change and called number but no one came.

Smelled of mildew and seems like the place has not been maintained.

The facility is fairly clean but lacking in machines, there were people waiting for vacant machines including myself. The washroom was out of order with a sign asking that people go to Curry Express to use their bathroom but the restaurant doesn't open before 4pm. Not very well coordinated. It could also use another folding table in the middle of the room between the 2 columns so we can fold our clothes without waiting in line for the only table there. Solutions: add a couple more washing and drying machines, make the washroom accessible to the customers during opening hours.

Machines did not dry my clothes even on high heat. Change machine kept refusing my $5 bill so I had to go get different ones.

Filthy and unkept. The place smells and has dryer lint bunnies piled on the floor, the chairs have guck on them, there are no baskets or carts to move your wash over a disgusting dirty floor and if you don’t mind pet hair in the few machines that work then you are good to go. The machines are basic $3.00 wash, $2.50 dry. Change machine ran out and the owner was right there to make good and to fill the machine. So that was a positive. Did our laundry okay but couldn’t choose water temp option just type of clothes so it was a guess you couldn’t change. The laundry mat is attached to the owners Indian restaurant. I arrived there thinking I would order food in the way home. Nope, I’m guessing the restaurant is equally dirty. No pride.

Would not recommend this place. Faulty equipment and no staff there to resolve issues. Waited over an hour for person to arrive who was supposed to help. They never showed. Phoned the number again and was told, Sorry! You can have a free wash next time. There will never be a next time!
