PRISM Car & Pet Wash

This review is for the dog wash. The dog I am dog-sitting became a happy muddy mess after crashing through the thawing trails and creek at the dog park. My wonderful children came with me to help with the rambunctious 100 pound puppy who does NOT like bath time. We arrive to the generously sized private space with a lockable door that you get all to yourself. No chance for puppy to escape! The slip-proof ramp to the open washing tub gets the dog up to a good working height and you don't have to lift your dog. The payment is simple and intuitive and the thing starts up right away. We forgot to bring the shampoo and conditioner - no worries there - like a car wash machine, this thing has settings for shampoo, conditioner, and warm rinse water. We we able to get the dog calmed down and gave him a thorough washing. We let him have a really good shake prior to using the blow drying hose. This turned out to be a wild, wet, and fun time with the kids and this rambunctious rottie. It cost me $23 for this larger animal who wasn't always cooperating. Much cheaper than re-painting the bathroom! Next day, both the dog and the bathroom are dry and smelling fresh. Worth it. If you're new to this, bring a helper if doggie doesn't like bath time. And maybe dress like a crab fisherman. Boots and all.

This place is always super frustrating because they have a change machine that is ALWAYS out of order and the odd times that you find someone working their, when you ask them for change they will absolutely refuse to give you any. They say we don't carry change here" and yet you are a freaking car wash. What car wash doesn't carry change!?! I'll take my business elsewhere."

Tried the Pet Wash today. Facility was clean when we arrived, but the ramp had no grip mat rendering it unusable. Swipe your credit card and off you go, being charged 2$, then 1$/min. There is no sink for you to clean yourself or rinse your hands. You have to go inside the carwash to find a bathroom (with no soap or paper towel, only a terrible blower thing). The dog dryer isn't heated and doesn't dry the dog well. Ended up wet and covered in dog hair, spending 30$ when PetSmart starts at 44$. Would not recommend. We'll stick with groomers moving forward.

Best place for washing my car in winters. I am coming here from 2 years, but never had any issue. One time I had some issue and the owner offered me a free car wash. I always got ample time to wash my car without any rush and with good pressure. Bays are always found clean and maintained.

This is the best car wash in the city. Lots of pressure. Good amount of time per dollar. Accepts credit card so you don't have to worry about tokens.

Went there to try out the dog washing bay, first the water was cold. When I changed to shampoo setting the water was to hot. And the blow drying option is cold. Lucky for me I brought my own big towel. Wrapped up my doggy and left. Oh and the shower head is not a nice option either. Was covered in calc and the pressure was too high. I don't recommend this place. It was also very dirty and not cleaned after someone uses it.

Lots of good lighting, excellent pressure,great customer service! Who uses hot water? This place does! Hands down best Car Wash I've used in a long time!

Clean facility, very new and the pricing was fair. Nice to be able to tap my CC and go. Displays the current cost of the wash on a legible display.

Place has really gone downhill. Never an attendant around, card readers rarely work and the hose leak everywhere. Great place to wash your car if you want to take a bath at the same time.

ive been coming here for years , they seem to have great pressure on the wand, compared to hughes and other diy car wash locations in the city.Michelle was very helpful in showing me how to work the machine because my card was not being accepted for some reason.Showed interest in my vehicle, allowed me to remove my halloween costume off my car with ease. 10/10! always great service.
