On time cleaning

The experience was very poor. I will be honest and say, don't use this service.We agreed on a set time for a 2 hour deep cleaning for a set price of 100 dollars. They announced 4 minutes before the appointment time that they would be an hour late. I gave them grace and allowed it.When they came, they were rude, walked around in the house with their winter shoes and had no shoe covers and left wet tracks on the floor. They left after 5 minutes and left a used mask on the window ledge of the bathroom.They falsely claimed there were cockraches when they saw the spider traps. There are no pets or pests in the house.The agreed price was 100 dollars and after leaving they stated that the price should be much higher.I do not leave bad reviews, but I have to emphasize again, do not use this service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE! We requested for our kitchen and two bathrooms to be cleaned and the fee given was $100 for 1:00PM. (which they later changed to $110 upon entering). At 12:56PM, they told us they would be running late and would be coming between 2PM - 2:30PM - (which is ironic given their name), however we accepted that and suggested they come at 2:30. When they came, they didn't take their shoes off nor wore shoe covers and left snow and mud prints ALL OVER THE Kitchen FLOORS, the STAIRS, AND the BATHROOM FLOOR. Then, they took their masks off and left it in the bathroom upon entering. Then, after doing a quick inspection, they ran out and said they saw cockroaches after seeing a few EMPTY spider traps in the first floor hallway. I asked for proof of cockroaches, so I could see for myself and they refused and said they would no longer clean. We have NEVER had cockroaches and still don't. Not only were they late, but they were also rude and unprofessional. What a disappointment.

Amazing staff . Did an incredible job on my deep clean , I now receive bi weekly cleans from Jenn she is great. Friendly works hard and does not rush though the work . I would recommend using them for all your cleaning needs .
