This is seriously THE BEST DOL ever. The person working is always so efficient and patient with guests and somehow gets everything done SO FAST. 10/10 experience every time and makes me forget that the DOL is be a place to be dreaded. Thank you!

This place is great, I feel bad for the agents because this company gets a few bad apples sometimes who just want to cause trouble but other then that, this place is probably the most efficient DOL installation with-in maybe 100 miles.

Like the other reviewer said. Very snobby. Both On power trips. Went in there three times to get my flatbed titled. Every time I would come back with what they asked for. But to no avail. I knew that if I went somewhere else it wouldn’t be a problem. I own 5 vehicles so it’s not my first rodeo. I drove to the nearest other licensing place and was out of there in 15 minutes with no issues. Just save your time. Go somewhere else.

The manager, Elena is so patient and helpful, even when we ask what I ssume are redundant questions. Thank you Lynden DOL for always giving us great service.

I never received a title for our trailer because of our move (it got returned) and figured it out when we went to sell it. The lady at the Lynden DOL gave me a quick option and was so nice! I was able to handle it all the same day. I always have good luck at this location.

If you want to age whilst standing in line to get your tabs and or title transfer and plates then go to the DOL in Lynden @ the food pavillion.I am an auto dealer in Whatcom County and after my 5th negative experience I will never do business there again even it happens to be closer. I will travel miles to the next closest DOL.They have sent titles to customers that do not own the vehicle as they are making payments .The manager Elena is I think the only one that knows what they are doing.Its not enough to keep me coming back.If I could give a half a star I would.The training level is sub par. They blame it on slow computers everytime.

As others have stated they are tremendously snobby and give false requirements that rotate everytime I have tried to use their service. Most recently I went to Bellingham with my supposedly incorrect" paperwork and was out the door with my new plates and tabs in 5 minutes. On top of that they frequently close 10-30 minutes early even if people are standing there in line right in front of them. Save your allotted precious time on Earth and use ANY other auto licensing establishment in Whatcom County.Namaste"

Very, very rude person. We got there at 5:30. Clearly says they are open til 6. After she got done with almost 5 minutes on the phone. She said we were too late and that she had lots to do. What a B#%%^

Best DOL place in Whatcom County. Always friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to get ahold Elena, for all my questions. She Rocks!
