Terrible. Do not use. Technician came to look at fridge which wasn’t getting cold.He said it was the thermostat and would replace it. $514.00 later, not only is the fridge not getting colder but now it will not make ice which was working before he came.There is supposed to be a 30 day labour guarantee. I called several times only to be told they were waiting for a manger to show up at 2 in the afternoon. Next day no professional courtesy of a reply. I called again only to be told that I have to order a new compressor and pay up front before the technician will come back.Total rip off. DO NOT USE.Totally unprofessional.

The worst appliance company you could buy from! I brought a fridge from this appliance store a lg has an evaporator problem lost over $200 worth of food they sent. A repair man out fridge was working at the time off and on now it does not work at all and I had a third party over to look at it took it a part and found the problem the manger has no customer service knowledge and is very rude! Refused to take fridge back or to repair it only would talk to my partner who is a man no respect for woman either all I asked is he takes the fridge back or I would go with legal action to get our money back!Never buy from this company they dishonest and rude and awful to woman too!

I am completely shocked by the customer service we received here and the lack or adherence to covid protocols. We came here to look for a tub to pump hose for our washer and the owner brought out a very dirty used part. He would not budge on the price as it was used and didnt even offer to wash the part for us. He also did not have a mask on. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are in desperate need for parts!!

Can't complain. I've had issues with the spanish appliance store down the street and was hesitantly going back there after reading reviews about this place. I still decided to come check it out just in case. Glad I did. I was expecting the old man from the reviews. He wasnt friendly at first no and I can understand what others were saying, but at the end of the day I knew what I was looking for and price range. He showed me what he had available and Im very happy with my purchase thus far. Delivered and no issues so far. Price was also the best I got for what I got as I did look around. I specifically waited a few weeks to see if id need any service calls etc before making this post. I'm still happy with my appliances. I'll be back there again.

Was looking for a replacement burner for our electric stove. Got exactly what we needed in 5 minutes! Much better service than the first place we tried to get one (unsuccessfully).

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!All of their “brand New” products are refurbished and won’t last more than a month. The customer service is terrible and the owner is very rude.Do not shop here unless you want to buy junk or get scammed.

NEVER buy an appliance from these people. My warranty had not expired. The fridge started to give trouble just prior to the warranty expiry date. I tried everything to keep the fridge running. When I called them, they were very rude and disrespectful. Apparently since I didn't call them on time, they want me to pay for their service to fix the problem. It was brand new fridge!Please don't waste your time and money here!!!!!

Very good service. I am very happy with the fridge and they took extra care in delivering it. They made sure not to damage the house or the fridge.

Definitely not a fancy showroom. Looks like they have a good selection. If you can find something that's not too marked up you can save some money. You won't have to wait 3 months to get it as well. No pushy annoying sales staff as well.
