Edit: after water was leaking in the flooring due to a poorly assembled hot water tank i'm now being threatened with my warranty being voided. They blame the ERV they installed in my home that I turn off at night due to it being louder than a fridge. there is no more water coming in under the flooring after the hot water tank was properly sealed but they're using it as an excuse to blame me for damages their poorly built condo caused.Highstreet has shown their commitment and care to me. An issue we had with our condo was very difficult and slow to resolve but they've fixed all my issues and shown that they care. I'm really happy in my new home.

Love their buildings and amenities. Green building is really important and it seems like they are leading the way!

I have lived at the Highstreet property, Crystallina Apartments, for the past four months and have to say that my experience has been absolutely splendid thus far.This is the fourth apartment community I have lived in, and my trade as a telecommunications technician has me working in a dozen different apartments on average every week. Crystallina was at the top of my list of properties to look at for my new home, given that I was super impressed with the quality of the suites, and how well taken care of the building overall is from working in it since it opened.My Community Leader, Brittany, helped me find exactly the suite I had in mind, taking the time to walk me through all the different layouts the property had to offer. She made the move in process super smooth and has always been extraordinarily communicative, professional, and efficient with how she supports the property since I have been living here.I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a home in a well managed and taken care of community.

I bought a new condo from Highstreet in their Nanaimo building location. The project ended up being delayed from July 2022 until September and then again to November 2022. As a result the completion was outside of the rate lock in period and the interest rates had gone up significantly. Obviously delays are to be expected with new construction so it wasn’t the end of the world but very disappointing and costly.Within a few days of moving in the dishwasher had leaked all over the floor as a result of being improperly installed or just a defective unit. The dishwasher ended up being replaced but no one likes having water leak all over their brand new floors.My reason for the poor rating is that the developer advertised the addition of an EV Charger to your parking stall with a BC Hydro rebate. A lot of people went for this option only to find out from BC Hydro hadn’t had a rebate for this type of building since 2021. After reaching out to High Street about the incorrect rebate advertising, their email response was lacklustre and they were unwilling to do anything about their false advertising. Really disappointed with their response and not looking forward to having to deal with future problems in the building if that is their attitude.

I have viewed the start of construction of Carrington Ridge from day one, as my present location faces Highstreet's newest condo rental project in West Kelowna. As an ex real estate broker for 38 years, I can see that this project is of high quality materials, with experienced contractors and employees. I am looking forward to the completion and date of available occupancy, expected to be in the Spring of 2018.
