I had the pleasure of dealing with Shari Noel at Westland Insurance for the purpose of obtaining condo rental insurance coverage. I am so impressed with how knowledgeable Shari is but what makes her even more special is the time she spent combing through the different products and helping to find the best solution for our situation. I reached out to Shari several times through the process and each and every time she was so courteous and helpful. From my experience with various insurance companies, she is top-shelf when it comes to the industry standard. I am so pleased with Shari's assistance that we are looking at moving all of our insurance needs over to Shari at Westland Insurance. Westland and us are fortunate there are caring people like Shari still in the insurance industry!

I was very impressed with my first experience with Westland. Julia K. went above and beyond to help me with a very frustrating interprovincial vehicle registration. She made an upsetting situation more than manageable. Julia is an excellent representative and I’ll gladly continue to do business with Westland because of her exceptional service.

Julia as gone above and beyond to help me with an out of province estate transfer! ICBC is incredibly difficult to deal with and during such a sensitive time she was amazing

The lack of Empathy and Privacy by the female employee working May 30th at 3pm was completely unacceptable. Both my parents passed away recently and I have been In the process of transferring ownership of their vehicles. This agent, when the representative helping me had trouble with some of the estate transfer, proclaimed in a loud voice in front of other customers, “Ha ha, Manitoba’s death certificate looks like a diploma! She needs her Mothers too” While also swearing about her day and making fun of her co-worker. She then proceeds to tell the customers she is dealing with the estate transfers are a huge pain, laughing about my personal situation. I have been with this company for over 8 years and have never felt so disrespected and humiliated. I insure 5 vehicles with this company and expect much better.

Poor service. Went in last week to renew policies. Man serving me couldn't answer questions, so another lady promised to call me back the next day with answers. No callback a week later. So I returned today. Waited 15 minutes while one customer was being served and two other staff shuffled paper. I walked out and won't be back.Good service is not a priority here.

Rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process of insuring my utility trailer easy.
