This is the first time, i have visited this store. And, i really love it. Parneet was too polite and too good at customer service. I really like the way she packed the thing. Great experience.

I was warmly greeted by the manager Noora. She is very professional and takes care of your concerns. I highly recommend to visit Michael Kors at Square One.

I needed to return an online order to this store as my order was too big. I was soon informed that they are unable to process returns as their new system kept crashing because it wasn't tested properly. I was told they can package my order for me to bring to Canada post. Other customers became very upset while having the same issue as me. I mentioned to the associate that this seems to be an ongoing issue with this store and if they are unable to accept returns, that needs to be communicated to customers before they come to the store. The associate informed me that directing my complaint to her was unfair as she was doing the best she can. This is true however this issue needs to be addressed as customers were becoming irate for wasting their time to go there only for them to not be able to process any returns. In the end the associate took my order to Canada post for me and was able to refund me. However the whole experience was a huge hassle and I will never go back.

Amazing experience at this store. A manager name Nora is so wonderful, helpful and humble. She answered all my queries and helped with the selection of products..

I wanna give 0 stars, they are unprofessional and don’t even know the pricings. The lady was extremely rude on the phone when I asked to verify if I was charged twice (I see this on my bank account) for my purchase. She kept demanding a receipt even though I explained my situation to her. I had bought a gift from their store and given it the same day, but I lost my receipt. When I was making the transaction the lady helping me put my name and phone number in their system for stuff like this. When I asked to search by my name and phone number she tells me she can’t do that and needs to “send it to the back office to verify”. What’s the point of adding it in their system?

I needed to return an item bought from Maple Mall. Michael Kors closed their Maple Mall store because the Brand is not selling well. SQ didn't take my return. beware if you need to return anything at SQ. They need to train their staff better.

I visited MK a while back to buy gifts for my family, i was greeted very nicely as soon as i entered the store. There were three girls, Alisha, Miriam and Sukhleen who asisted me throughout, they were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They made great suggestions. Thank you girls for making my shopping at MK such a pleasant experience.

My grandma was treated poorly by the associates today. No professionalism. Staff needs training if not a kind heart. Staff be humble and polite towards elderly. This review is specifically reflected towards afternoon Monday shift (two females).

Went to get a bag for myself….they have really good collection of accessories and the staff is super helpful. Was helped by Sukhleen and she is an amazing person. 5 stars for her amazing customer service. Would love to visit this store again.

I would like to say how rare it is to receive the great experience and customer care i was given. The young girl Sara was a delight to deal with she took her time and helped me with great care. The staff here is what every store needs I highly recommend Michael kors sq one you will be treated as a person and customer. Again Sara thank you for all your help.
