Bad car wash experience, combination of cheap soap , very stingy optimized cleaning cycle. Save your money and your car.

A normal gas station, and I have no love nor dislike for this place. It has stuff called gas you can buy and use for your antediluvian vehicle. If you're an electric car owner, avoid this place. If you are an environmentalist avoid this place. Otherwise why does a gas station need a review unless it is a luxury gas station or a terrible one? Maybe in a few decades or a century this place will go out of business as it is useless by that time. Why do I need a review for this pandemic? They will adapt and switch to serving electricity. I don't really care and I am wondering why a person would even read a review for a gas station. I made this review longer than necessary. Get a life.

I purchased an Esso gas gift card for a friend. When my friend tried to use it, she was told that it needed to be activated, when it should have been activated at the time of purchase. When I contacted the station I was told that I would have to bring in the receipt, which was not possible for me as I was out of town. Staff should have done their job properly when I purchased the card. It took a number of phone calls and two trips to the station by my friend for a satisfactory resolution. Lesson learned - confirm with staff for proper activation when purchasing gift cards.

Their new car wash didn't work - Twice! Worse part of the experience was the angry, rude assistant who insisted it was my fault....... of course being 45 years I don't know how to use a car wash having only used them about 100 times in my lifetime....refused to give me a refund and said his manager would have to call me....of course I am still waiting for the phone call. Waste of my money and my time. Will not be using this service station again despite it being local and will tell everyone else I know in the area my experience hopefully to encourage them to spend their money in a different garage.

No longer a touchless car wash.

Worst car wash ever, As like any unsatisfied customer here with soap left over few hours after I left and car dries.They come up with Unacceptable excuses, like you have to wipe all over using your hand after washing is done. Really??? Then why full automatic? Why paying for luxury.

A fine gas station. They have a car wash, it's across from the mall and near the university campus. There is another gas station on the other corner too if you need options.

Do not get your car wash from here. You are warned. They use low pressure water but still charge you full price like some other reputable car washes. In the end your car will be covered in soap even after the dryer. The owner of this place needs to be ashamed. Very greedy. A disgrace to real entrepreneurs.

I was a regular until the carwash smashed my roof and caved in my antenna. Went in to speak with the manager Abdul to ask why a week later no one had followed up with me on the damage. He couldn't have been more rude yelling at me to leave. How can you be rude to a client when your business has damaged the clients property? Genuinely embarrassing someone like that has a job dealing with people.

Nice staff but if you are there for the car wash, AVOID at ALL costs! You will get better results if you'd tried to wash your car using water guns filled with soapy water.
