Samsung Customer Service Centre

I'm so satisfied with their service. I dropped my z flip 4. Its hinge broke and the screen was black. When I visited Samsung Service centre, a woman staff was very nice. The next day, I received my phone at no extra charge. It looked like a totally new phone. Everything was excellent!

Won't stand behind their product.My $1500 flip phone is headed for the trash bin.I have a Z Flip 3, out of warranty.The screen was replaced in warranty because the bendable glass in the hinge cracked just from opening and closing the phone.They then replaced the screen protector because it was peeling off.You cannot replace it yourself so you have to go through Samsung.It's now peeling off again! Right in the hinge where it folds. And they wont cover replacing a bad replacement job that they did. Ridiculous.They make a foldable product which isn't ready for the real world and refuse to stand behind it.I'm very disappointed. Definitely the last Samsung product I ever buy.

Had a walk in today to fix my phone. They took it in and got it done. Took a little longer than expected but they walked me through what happened at the end. Overall a great experience. Would definitely come back if I need it, hopefully I dont

Very disappointed... my fz3 had a screen problem. Visited them end of November, and before my warranty expires. And since It was not possible for me to leave my phone for few hours. They said that they will put a note that I came before the warranty expires, so I can bring it anytime later. Today I went again, to find that they don't have a note .. and warranty is no more valid. ZERO solution but robotic answers only.No more Samsung. Very bad experience

Jan. 2. 2023.Settings are gone and security is messed up. The software seems to be the problem. Security on the Note 10 was also a mess. The Fold 4 display has been causing problems twice already. I bought it with high expectations and was disappointed.Today, Jan. 6 2023Regarding the second display problem, the Samsung service center said that it was my fault and could not provide a warranty. They claim that the problem was caused by shock. My phone is protected by a thick leather case. There are no marks on the case. Samsung make things right.

Honestly a bit hard to get hold of them by phone, but that's no surprise since they are the only place in Ontario that can repair a Samsung z flip 4 (and likely other models, too). That said, they were quite efficient and thorough once I got there, and the warranty coverage for my broken hinge was a pleasant surprise. In fact, they basically replaced the entire phone free of charge. I was honest about having dropped the phone, and based on some of the comments out there on the internet, I was fully expecting to pay for repairs. So kudos to them for recognizing that I didn't abuse the phone, as it was in decent shape otherwise. I didn't even ask, they just said it will be free of charge. Thanks for the great service!

I took my Samsung z4 today because the inside screen stopped working. The customer service representative who helped me was amazing. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. She was patient. She took my phone immediately and told me someone would check it out and get back to me. Few hours later the phone was serviced under warranty. She provided a loaner phone. She was very good at what she did and I would go back to this store. Kudos.

Thank you Sana and the technician who repaired my phone. I dropped my Samsung Fold and broke the screen and Sana ordered me a new screen and got everything repaired and tested. She explained the entire process and was super friendly and knowledgeable. My phone is like brand new. Amazing location and amazing staff. Thank you Samsung.

I made an appointment for today so they could check my phone screen, because a part of it had a green line covering a part of the screen. I got there the lady that was working started taking care of 2 other people first even though I was first and had an appointment. I Told her that I was first and also had an appointment she said she didn't care that she was gonna take care of them first. When it was my turn" she just looked briefly to the phone didn't even open it and said it was my fault. Because at the back of the phone there was a little scratch and would cost me $745 to fix it. I opened the phone and said this is the problem and once again she said it was my fault that I had to pay the $745."
