I was extremely impressed and satisfied with everyone at Better Windows and Doors in Cambridge. I had the pleasure of working with Mike directly. I was impressed from the beginning...from the quoting, scheduling, installation, etc. The team of installers - Mike, McKay, Brayden and Kelvin were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. They left the house super clean after the installation. Also enjoyed communicating with Kathleen. I appreciated her timely responses and superb customer service. I highly recommend this team and I will definitely be contacting them for future work and I will refer them without hesitation. From the sales person Berry to the installers Mckay and Kelvin every one was very professional, friendly and efficient. Yes there was a little dust for us to clean but that is to be expected.They removed all of the scrap cleaned as much as they could. The installation went great they were within the window time we were given. They answered all of our questions and took the time to review what to do and not to do for the next couple of days before leaving. I have to say this is a very hones and professional company. We will do business with them again for sure. We are very happy with this project.

Recently replaced the front door. Overall the experience was excellent. From the outset Barry provided great advice and sales service. Liked working with him through the process. The actual installation was completed as planned in a timely and very competent manner. The installers , McKay and Noah , were on time , personable and did a great job installing the new door. I would go to Better Windows and Doors for any future needs.

Highly recommend, from start to finish the professionalism of Barry in Sales, explaining what could and couldn't be done in regards to our older homes custom door size. To the expert and meticulous install done by McKay and Previs has made the whole experience easy and worry free. Looking forward to working with this team going forward in our homes future improvements.

We had a door installed about a month ago, as soon as we inspected the door we noticed some damage. We let them know immediately and they sent Mike ( the owner) out for a service call. They didn't want to take any accountability for the damage claiming the installer didn't see the damage which made it feel a bit accusatory towards us, this began to feel even more so when he told us very abruptly was not giving us half the cost of the door back. It really felt to us that they were accusing us of damaging the door to get money back. At no time during our conversation had we asked for any money back or mentioned money at all. We were very offended by this comment and honestly shocked that an owner of a company would talk to clients like that.We ended up leaving it that they were going to touch up the door and see how we felt about that as well as sending someone else back to fix our door step that was loose. We never did hear a thing from them again asking if the door was fixed to our liking and they did not send anyone out to fix the step.To say we are disappointed in the customer service would be a vast understatement. Unfortunately we will not use them for further projects or recommend them.

Better Windows & Doors Inc. replaced 3 windows in 2021. Great job! I recently had another issue where I thought a couple windows might need replacing. Barry came out and advised that I didn’t need to spend the money and quickly rectified the problem. I really like and appreciate when a company is honest and puts the customer first. When I need to replace windows in the future, I will definitely be going with Better Windows & Doors Inc. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about Barry and the Team. We have used them twice in a decade for all our windows and sliding door. We have a front door left and will be using them for sure. The Whole team was efficient and professional. They were on time and kept us informed and cleaned up completely. They even came back to make a small adjust to one of the latches. When I say team the installers were fantastic, like Barry and the Office team. Higjhly recommend without a doubt.Paul and Becky
