U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Not sure why this place has bad reviews considering the fact the owner was extremely flexible with my situation. I.e. extending the rental period. On top of this there was a very friendly atmosphere and customer service was impeccable and very personal. I will definently use their services in the future for my U Haul needs.

I called the main 1800 number to book a car tow dolly and the lady on the 800 number told me that this place had one and reserved it for me and when i showed up to get it the owner had the nerve to tell me that he does not rent to people in town only out of towners and that he didnt have one when i could plainly see it in the yard and then that my truck was to old to tow the dolly when the u haul app told me i was fine cause you have to put all your info in the app before they will rent it to you so as far as i am concerned i would never rent from him or even give him the sweat off my nose and i intend on complaining to the head office about this douch bag

I used the UHaul on Cumberland St. The operator- Christine was very helpful not only with booking but the actual rental of the trailer. Very much appreciated..

I used the click and pay option, so I didn't interact with anyone at the shop. The truck was a bit expensive--you could rent a truck for the same or similar price of $138 and you wouldn't have a governor slowing you down, or to take pictures of everything when you take it back. You'd also get a bigger cab.
