Awesome service, amazing staff!

By far one of the best and reliable companies I’ve had to deal with, I had my 72 ford with a motorcycle in the back and they brought it right into shop witch was confronting, customer service was phenomenal and my truck had an alternator Job done on it and it has honestly never started so so so quick In years. So easy to deal with over the phone and in person!! I would recommend to anyone in the city!! And price was not bad at all:)). I do a lot of review on a lot of different places and I’m super happy with the way I was treated I was Genuinely impressed! Thank you

I’ve dealt at Choice Auto Electric occasionally over the years, most recently a couple of weeks ago.Brought in the starter off my backhoe which was was dragging bad and pulling down my battery. They got it back to me the next day working good as new for a very reasonable cost. I have always found them to be friendly, efficient, and very affordable. I highly recommend CAE.

Excellent customer service from the whole team. After Ed tested my alternator and it was fine, he explained all the other reasons my truck would exhibit it's specific problematic behavior - showing a through understanding of the whole system. Even though my issue ended up being bad wiring that I solved, I will definitely be coming here for future needs!

I can't believe I forgot to give these fine folks a review!I purchased a new alternator from them sometime in November. I brought them the old one out of my 86' F150, thinking I could get them to rebuild it.I'm terrible with names, especially a couple months later. Tim? The guy behind the counter told me they could do that just fine but, plopped the exact replacement on the counter, told me this new one was an option as well (didn't push it on me, just let me know it was an option). I did end up buying the nice shiny new one, 75A compared to the old 60A for a very reasonable price.Threw it in the Ford after work and I was still having charging issues. After a couple days of diagnoses, checking wires and grounds/connections, trying to make sure I wasn't nuts. I figured I'd bring it back to have them look at the new Alt.I talked to Vince, I think his name is. He allowed me in the back and he got to troubleshooting with me. I ended up leaving it with him for the day. It wasn't long before the nice lady that works there gave me a call letting me know it was ready for pickup. I guess there was a short in the rotor or some such thing. Vince put a new one in, under warranty and away I went.Long story, less long.The new alt with the new rotor worked perfectly. The crew at Choice Auto Electric saved me from swearing more, losing more hair, and chucking less wrenches then I already have! I could be on a pit crew with how fast I can put in and take out the alternator. If a pit crew needed someone to change the Alt......and if it was for F150s....Not only did they have the exact alt I needed at a great price, they were more than happy to diagnose and fix the issue with the alt under warranty. They squeezed me in when I needed it checked out and were happy to do so, called me back within a couple hours.I would 100% recommend you to come pay a visit to them if you need a starter/alt or battery new or repaired.Keep up the fantastic work, cheers!

I came here close to tears. I was so frustrated with my truck, and had no idea where to begin. Had my alternator and battery tested...no charge...(as I had called in to ask that morning, and was quoted free..but he meant if it was not IN the vehicle.) He chose to help me without charge. He doesn't deal with the tune-up aspect of things, but gave me recommendations on where to take my truck.Super friendly and kind. I absolutely recommend this shop. I will always take my vehicles here in the future if I need his expertise. 10/10. Amazing fellow!

Great service! They helped me fix an alternator

Very disappointed in their service ..... told one aquantice December 3rd is closest time to check his alternator on his running truck . Took me 30 seconds with a multimeter........lost 2 customers ........
