Pathetic experience, went for a pre-purchase inspection. After inspection I noticed there were some ticking sound which was not there before, called and informed them right away. They asked me to come later and I noticed a big scratch on the bumper which happened when the mechanic parked after the inspection.. when I went again told them the same thing and they denied and refused to fix it

Worst ever car service in calgary waste of time and money. They haven't did any repair to my car just car went to bay and charge me 90$ not worth it waste of time and money

I got my out of province inspection done from them. The point of contact was Usama, very professional and kind gentleman. He took care of me and got the work done as soon as possible. I would definitely go there again.

They don’t deserve 1 star just waste of time and money .

I looked everywhere in this city that would do JDM Out of Province Inspections and almost headed over to VEX Performance as there aren't many shops that do them to begin with but I am so impressed by Automedics as they beat the competition. To start off Musawir is very polite and friendly compared to other shops that make you feel stupid and they have this arrogance about them that is totally unwelcomed. Went there yesterday with my JDM at 11 am and by 12:30 pm it was already done and inspection passed. My JDM is very stock with almost no modifications so it can vary with others but one thing that I was completely blown away by was the price. VEX Performance and two other shops quoted me $250-300 and at Automedics I paid $110. Musawir didn't try to take advantage of the situation and just makes all those other shops look like thieves really. Going forward this is the only place I'm gonna take my JDM. Strongly recommend this shop.
