The most HORRIBLE wifi service provider in windsor.Terrible speeds for the price you pay (we got $500/year and its beyond horrible with unpredictable speeds averaging 10mbps download most of the time)Wifi constantly becomes unconnectable for hours-long time during the evening and morningsAnd dont even try using the wifi on the weekends. wifi is so horribly slow its enraging.we're going to switch providers soon and I will not miss coegco one bit.

I just have to write and say how patient and helpful the technicians were with me while trouble shooting our problem and with helping me to install our new modem. The person who helped by telephone was excellent and the employee at the Devonshire location went above and beyond to help me get things running smooth again I was very impressed.

MOST AWFUL WIFI IN WINDSOR, my internet goes out 10 times a day and my alarm beeps when it goes out, the beeping happened when we weren’t home and my dog had a heart attack from the beeping, switching providers as they are the worst internet providers to exist.

Way too long of a wait to restore internet services. Was told it was going to take 9 days until a technician could come out. I work from home and require reliable internet service. I will be switching providers after over a decade.

Had a customer service representative have trouble finding my account with name,address,account number,phone number that he puts me on hold. After 20mins of hold time I used a second phone to call to get my issue resolved.I left my phone on speaker and left it on. The guy puts me on mute for over 1h20mins. Silence. 1min of trying to find my account and the 1h19mins on mute/hold ( without the hold music)Good job cogeco.. should look over your reps calls more often..

We came in to return 3 devices and inquire about a new service. We had the delight of dealing with Diana. She corrected a lot of misinformation we got from a phone agent and tried to get us the best prices for the service that was best for our needs.

We were switching wifi companies and went in to get more information and explore different packages. The staff there were incredibly helpful and patient. Dany, the store manager, was so friendly ! Would definitely recommend.
