I & my wife worked with Orna for getting term plans. The experience with her has been great from Day 1. She has been very detailed, clear and quick with her responses and follow ups. She went over different types of insurances, how much coverage we should consider etc. taking our life situation into account. Even during the processing of our applications, she kept on sharing the status periodically - not even once did we feel abandoned or in the dark. I had a complicated situation causing extra delays - as some additional reports were needed from my doctor. Orna is very professional and very accommodating . She took the time to assess our insurance needs and didn't try to over sell us insurance that we didn't need. Orna took in to consideration our current and future needs. And also made sure she is taking in to account our current coverage. It was a smooth process and we were so impressed that we asked her to take care of all our policies, including some very old ones. So now she is our person to everything insurance.
