I had the chocolate brownie with nuts and it was so good. They had a small selection of GF. But unfortunately the two times I've visited there were no donuts so that's a good and bad thing. Good because they must be delicious but because I have not been able to try one.

Baked goods fill the senses with the smell of Grandmas. I would rate the quality of deserts a 5 but with the new rules of our future i wasn't able to browse the wares. It seemed clear that browsing and not having a list was frowned upon and i was quickly rushed out the door with my pastry picked for me as i was undecided!!

My wife and I have been here a few times. There's lots to choose from. I really like their apple buns. It's hard not to go in and grab something if you're already downtown. A great place with tasty treats and the prices aren't bad. We are thankful to have this place in Trail.

They have delicious doughnut varieties which are so fluffy & light. The best seller of donuts & cakes in town. The doughnuts are quick selling items; therefore, you need to be there in the morning before noon to buy them. A small shop but very popular due to quality baked goods. They take orders for cakes or other baked items as well. Pricey but those cakes and doughnuts are very good. Not a fan of cinnamon buns though.

Laurel goes above and beyond for both her customers and her staff!! You can ask anyone in town, even out of town...you can taste the love and effort put into having a scratch bakery!! I've had the pleasure of working there almost 10 years now!!! Best place in town!!

Fantastic gluten friendly baked goods. Hamburger buns, hotdog buns, bread, pizza crust and more. My husband is allergic to gluten and these alternatives tast very very good. The breads are soft and tender with good flavor. So far, in our gluten free journey, these have been the only breads that he has been able to enjoy un-toasted. He is pretty gluten sensitive and seems mosty ok with these gluten friendly breads.
