Great tour guide and itinerary for our Niagara Falls journey. I strongly recommend it!Slight negative point, the AC is very strong in the bus and I therefore recommend bringing a jacket.

This was a great company with very friendly staff and a wonderful driver/guide. Niagra Falls winery tour, lunch and boat ride were excellent!

This trip was booked for us by our UK travel agent and we were looking forward to it, great itinerary and a full day excursion. However we were met by the most incompetent tour guide I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. We were late to every part of the trip and as such given very little time to explore. We spent so much time sat on the coach waiting for other guests to arrive back as the timelines set by the guide were so tight and he had no control over anything and just blamed everyone else for his stupidity. The wine tasting is a waste of time, 3 wines to taste I would have sooner gone straight to Niagara Falls. The buffet lunch was not a buffet it was a sit down set menu, the food was ok but again rushed. We had tickets for the boat ride on Niagara for between 2:30 and 3:30pm we didn’t get to the boat until 3:15pm and he wanted us back on the coach by 4pm. We rushed and got back on the coach around 4:30pm and sat looking at the scenery until around 5:30pm when the coach driver had to take us to the Maple Syrup tasting and gift shop…….When the guide eventually arrived I explained my frustration he apologised and just rolled his eyes…….we were not the only ones complaining he shouldn’t be doing this job.This could be a great trip if the stops were better, I want to see Niagara Falls not be sat on a coach for hours and hours not going anywhere. The driver Len was ok although he couldn’t operate the air conditioning so it was just very hot or very cold.In the UK these two would be known as the Chuckle Brothers……avoid this trip and this guide.

Perfect day!The hornblower cruise was already operating so we were able to admire the waterfalls from very close.Would recommend this tour to everyone.

Took the bus to Niagara Falls with Platinum package. Guide and driver were 5 stars, unfortunately the food in the restaurant is average at best. Soup was tepid and bland, whilst main course reminded me of school dinners in the 80s.Therefore due to the food just a four star rating but would highly recommended the tour otherwise.

Great day visiting Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and wine tasting. David, our guide was very knowledgeable and informative. Lunch was very good, overlooking the falls. Enjoyed the maple syrup tasting and wine tasting. The day went too quickly. Brian the driver, was excellent and coped very well with the slow moving drive back to Toronto. Would highly recommend.

Amazing tour to the Niagara Falls with an amusing tourguide and some interesting stops at a winery and maple syrup tasting. With also a surprising boat trip in the falls, which has never been done this early in the season.Additionally, for a small prize a 3 course lunch is included, which is recommended with the wonderfull view of the falls.Highly recommended and well worth it.

I had the pleasure of using this bus service on Saturday August 20 2022. We had the most knowledgeable bus driver that gave us history lessons as we drove along which was great. The driver William was such a pleasure. They were friendly, fun and best of all got us home safely. The bus is brand new it was very comfortable except the air conditioning could use a little TLC. It’s like a fish bowl and we were cooking inside. The bus was extremely clean as well. I would definitely use this coach line again and I would be ever so happy to have the driver William again. The driver is excellent at his job and tried to fix the air but it was far beyond his pay grade I’m sure he could’ve if he was allowed. Anyways thanks for the trip and I look forward to future coach rides.

Great time on this tourWe took the Niagara Falls Platinum Tour from Toronto with Cruise and Lunch.Our tour guide, Eduardo, was quite knowledgeable and informative. He also communicated the historical aspects of the tour in a humorous and entertaining way. We look forward to more tours with guides like him.Jason, the driver was also excellent. He slowed down at the right places in perfect sync with Eduardo’s informative narratives. Gave us great opportunities for photos too. The drive back was so smooth that it allowed more than have the group to nap.We were a party of nine and it was Five Stars for these gentlemen from all nine of us. We enjoyed the service.
