Over the years of being a long time customer of QE Home for all my bedding needs, I have always been happy with my purchases and the excellent service from the Market Mall QE Team! They have helped me choose the right color combinations for sheets, duvet cover sets, and now a quilt to layer under my duvet as well! In addition they write down detailed instructions for laundering the bedding to prolong the colors and condition of the bedding!Thank you all for your excellent service and assistance for helping me create the best looks for my bed!

Very nice duvet & duvet cover that were on a great sale, but the people working were SO pushy. My partner and I are on a budget and were clearly in the sales section - we even told them the name of exactly what we wanted - but we could not get more than twenty seconds alone to discuss what we liked without one of the salespeople directing us to the more expensive items and telling us what we were looking at would not be good enough." Felt very disrespectful and intrusive

The staff in this store are absolutely exceptional! I've gone multiple times in the past month as I'm outfitting some bedrooms. Each time the staff have provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Jie was wonderful as she took her time with us to look at different duvet covers. Never felt pressured or forced to buy as she pulled out many different selections for us to look at. I'm glad I bought this in person instead of buying through Amazon online.
