The man is genius that's 2hat comes to mind when you see his model homes, but what you see is not what you get which is what you discover once your home is built he will scrape the bottom of the bucket as far as contractors to build your home and when you call Doug wastell and leave a message he will never once return your call that is why he has his lackey Vince to respond to you Vince is an ex manager of the keg restaurant whis is irrelevant to warranty issues on a poorly built home !

Ther marketing director jess de lange was very rude and patronizing to me over Facebook and even sent me a peace emoji (signaling for me to leave the conversation or that my points where invaild). Very unprofessional, in bad taste and immature. Also they leave all their waste and garbage where they are building komoko homes. Liter is everywhere from the workers.

Currently living in a townhouse built by Wastell. Horrible quality house - you can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors. They cook you can hear their pots and pans. They close their front door your Windows shake. They walk around their house your stuff shakes. They close their cupboards your dishes rattle (yes they've broken our cups from this). For what you pay for these homes it's not worth it all all!!
