My husband had his ring sized and I had to get a claw fixed on my engagement ring. They both turned out horrible! Do not recommend them for any alterations to pieces you currently have. Their prices are also exorbitant with the claw repair being 4 times the cost of other stores (I found out after).

When my husband and I went there looking at engagement rings, they were the only store in town to actively include him in the selection. They did not try and push a larger ring than I wanted, which every other store did. They were overall amazing with their customer service. My husband chose to buy the ring there at a later date so I wouldn’t know what he chose, and we have went there exclusively ever since and have never been disappointed in the last 4 years .
