Chumleighs had awesome variety, I was highly impressed of their old gen collections, ps1, ps2, vita, og xbox, gamecube. They had a tonne of magazines, game guides, different game cards like magic and yu-gi-oh, pokemon cards. Lots of used consoles and new gen games.

Of all three of the Chumleighs in Kingston this is by far the most friendly and helpful. The owner of the stores is what brings down this rating for me. They are unwilling to work with you on any pricing and their prices for NES games are quite inflated. The employees at this location are great! The store itself, not so much.

One of the best places to buy used dvds, blu-rays and video games. The layout is plain and what you would expect from a hock shop. They don't have much in larger electronics but specialize in entertainment items. The organization is good but it would be nice if they kept inventory so customers could find the media that they are looking for. The prices are fair and they have a set standard in what they will buy from people to in sure the merchandise works.

Fair trade value offered on used video games and consoles, definitely take your things here before EB Games if your not looking to trade for something else.

Used marker on figure when expressly asked not to. Even had the stones to do so knowing it would irritate a customer. They don't know the value of the merchandise they sell nor do they respect customers who have been going there for years.

I called to ask about a video game, they said they had 1 used copy left. I said thank you and just hung up. Later that day my partner went in to pick the game up for me, she had asked him if he was the one who had called earlier he said yes and she had said that she put it aside in case I decided to come in that day. I think that’s very sweet and over the top service especially since I never asked her to put it on hold, but she still made sure I got my game:)

My husband and his brother go there once in a while to buy used games and normally the experience is pretty straight forward. But with their last purchase (and without noticing until they opened the case to play a game) the clerk seemed to have forgotten to put the discs in the cases. So just caution to all - make sure the discs you are paying for are actually put in their cases before you walk out of the store...

We showed up after 12:00 on Sunday and they were still closed. The sign in the window said they opened at 11:00 am. I checked out their website which confirmed the hours of operation. I phoned another location to see what was going on or if we should go to a different location. There was no answer there either.
