Took 1hr 45 minutes on a Thursday morning but managed to get through. Not bad considering I didn’t have an appointment. Appointments are like 1 month + wait .

Went on Thursday May 27th 2021 around 2:30. Short line. Didn't have an appointment but I was allowed in for an ownership transfer.

If you don’t have appointment you need to wait at least 2hrs. Although there are many people every day, they are all in order. thanks to all the staff.

Love this place! had to get my licensed renewed and it is nice to have an option with appointment or non-appointment(fast lines). Will go back here for sure!

Short line to wait and no appointment needed.....good attentions!....and next to it there is a coffee place...nice for after finish on the CAA

I bought the highest level membership. The first time I went to use towing service, the app would not let me order a towtruck. It just gave errors when I tried to use it. I tried calling. 40 minutes wait. At 32 minutes, it hung up on me. Garbage. They oversell and provide no service. I had to call a private tow company.
