Thought, I loved this place. Until I call the day before to make an appointment they told me to come in at 12:30 and next day then at 12:25 while I am there waiting they tell me they can’t squeeze me in. I completely rearranged my day to have this appointment to only have to find some where else last minute on a Friday afternoon after making my way there for nothing! Brutal customer service - Unacceptable! Will never be back again! Tis a shame for them could’ve had a loyal customer but I guess the level of respect to basically tell me oh well too bad is quite low. Should’ve just stuck with E&A nails in Pickering. They always come through!

Went there today to get a Shellac pedicure and an acrylic full set and I am so unhappy with the outcome of my nails. I got there at 6pm and wasn’t greeted by any of the workers for 15 minutes. After they finally acknowledged that I was there they told me to go to the back and do my pedicure before I start the full set. I went and chose a colour and stood at the back for an additional 20 minutes before someone came and set the water and told me to have a seat. My pedicure turned out to be the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. My feet feel more rough than they were when I went there and the paint just and the filing they did was just horrible.. and when mentioned I was told they could do about it, “it’s the shape of my nails”. Anyways.. after the pedicure I then had to wait and additional 25 minutes before my hands were started.. the person doing my nail did such a horrible job. I explained to them I wanted it to look short and as natural as possible and my nails look extremely big and bulky. Not to mention my cuticles are all cut up because she was filing to low. With my shellac pedicure and acrylic set my total came out to $100. And not once did they mention how much each individual thing would cost. This is not a good place to go. They have bad customer service skill and are not professional at all. I would give 0 stars if I could. I will never go back here and never recommend this place to anyone I know. I’m so embarrassed of what my hands and feet look like and what I paid.

Love my nails :)Went for a fill n colour change.. Amy again and my nails are on point lol (pink n purple colour changing)(pink is the second time 1 week old)Went there for the first time ..got a lady named Amy and she did a F-in amazing job .. no pain to get these done like some places .. will be going back for sure and so will my friends after seeing the great job done (black is the first time 1 week old)

Okay, the first tine I went there, I was very happy wuth my manicure. It was done by Jason. He was fantastic and patient.So, I decided to go again. This time for pedicure and nail extension. The lady on the phone said it's 30 and 40 for full set. Total 70. With designs, $80.00 I may have misunderstood. Anyway, when I got there, the lady was sitting on the pedicure seat and then got up and asked me to sit on the same seat, without sanitizing it. Then there was a bug there and I told the lady, and she said she will kill it, theb asked me if I'm scared of bugs. the pedicure wasn't done properly. No deadskin was actually removed or filed. My nails were not cut straight and the nail polish was lumpy. I asked the lady to fix it after as she was in a rush to get to another client. But at least she wasn't rude.Now time for my nail extension with another person. The lady was rough, my nails are ugly, lumpy and not even filed properly. She kept twisting my fingers like she was working on a mannequin, not an actual person. Also, I asked the lady for design on all 10 fingers and she said $10extra. I already knew thatand agreed. At the end, she only did an ugly green and red stripe on my middle fingers and huge red snowflake on the ring finger no other designs. The nails are so ugly, I hate the. It's embarrassing as I gpt them done for a party. I told her that I asked for 10 finger designs and she said then it's extra. She was so lazy and just didn't want to be there. She shouldn't have lied when I asked for designs in all 10 and she agreed.Cherry on top? All this cost $93.00 without tips. The lady charged me $10.00 extra for these ugly designs and $50 for nails a 10 year old could have done better. The bottom of the nails still have nail polish that she didn't bothere cleaning.I hated the service. If i do go back, I'll try booking for Jason. The other lady didn't know what she was doing, she was rude, arrogant and lazy.

Me and my friend went here. Very unsanitary, the nail tech used the same file on both of us. Our nails did not look good at all.

I was able to call and book for an appointment that same day. I did a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They had a wide selection of colours, and the lady who did my nails even recommended a colour or two for me. The lady took good care of hands and feet and you can tell with the finish look. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back again.

I came in to get manicure and pedicure, I had Jason as my technician, he is so amazing listens to what you need and does exactly the way he was asked to. I will definitely look for him from now on. Thank Jason the amazing job!

Changing my rating from 1 to 4, the second experience (pink and blue) was really great and my nails lasted until they grew out great job second time. Have done my nails twice more since the link and blue and both times were great.
