DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT patronize this business.....they completely ruined my custom made drapes and decline any responsibilty for their mess. The drapes were new 2018, never cleaned before and were perfectly fine when dropped off.In response to the owner's reply in which I can only reply back as an edit may I say to the owner that the detailed technical cleaning process you describe should've been provided to me BEFORE the drapes were cleaned instead of NOW being AFTER you've cleaned and ruined in process. May I also point out in your very last sentence your reactive, defensive, and childish response implying that the drapes are NEW AT THIS TIME RATHER THAN NEW IN 2018 as I stated. Are you just a bully in the sandbox trying to say that I'm the unreasonable customer in being angry that you RUINED MY DRAPES.

Star Lite went above and beyond! We had some construction at our house and the contractors made a mess of my linen closet and curtains. Not only did Star Lite return my sheets, towels and curtains in superb clean condition they went above and beyond to get us our things back ASAP knowing we would be without them until they were done. They are fantastic! Great customer service and unlike other places they do the work themselves they are not just a drop off service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing high quality dry cleaning with great service!

After 40 years of policing in two major cities I have retired. I have since began volunteering for an organization and with this my closet needed additional clothing. Some of these clothing items required professional dry cleaning. I reside near Sidney, BC so looking to support the local community I questioned some of the residents there. I was directed to Star Lite and upon entering the business I could see why they were highly recommended. I found this to be a wonderful, family run, and professional company. Was quoted a price for a blanket for dry cleaning picked it up and it was double the price and came back with more random hair on it then when it went in not that happy with the service

While on vacation my husband needed his wool lumber jacket cleaned with only a few days left in the holiday. They agreed to have it ready for him in a few days prior to our flight but actually hurried and got it done much earlier so he was able to wear it while on the island. We appreciated it so much. The service was friendly professional and amazing.

Bizarre! I have been a customer for many years. Last month I got a quote of $40 for our weekly sheets wash and fold and that is what I was charged last week. Went back again this week and was charged $80! When I questioned this I was shouted at and told they didn't want complaining customers like me! New owners?In response they lied and said I had constantly brought in more items than agreed and that I had been a nuisance client for 5 years! This is blatantly untrue! Up to last moth the most I brought in was one shirt every six months. These people are out and out con artists and the rudest liars in Sidney! Avoid at all costs!Richard Talbot. President SOS. Took in an oil skin jacket that had a LOT of mould on it and in my opinion was probably impossible to clean. I think these guys considered it a challenege because they spend 4 weeks on it and never gave up. They tried different products and techniques until they returned the jacket to me in pristine condition. I was absolutely shocked to see the end result and even more to discover they only wanted $40 for all their work. If you take your clothes anywhere else you are crazy! Thank you gentleman. You've got a customer for life.

After having tried several ones around work (downtown) and Sidney, this is the best, hands down. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Very trust worthy.
