Received an unsolicited call in the evening after they were closed. No voicemail. To the owner response, thanks, I thought this might be the case but since there were no responses I figured it was legit spam. I should have answered to see what the scam was. I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect the owner response, I have not actually used this companies services.

Cancelled service, Allstream continues to bill, called to confirm cancellation, Allstream continues to bill, spoke with support to confirm cancellation, Allstream continues to bill.Poor business practices coupled with poor management and service. Go anywhere else.

We're receiving many calls from these people at different times of the day. Last night they had called us PAST 10pm. Very unprofessional, for whatever company they are.We blocked the number, otherwise, we would have filed complaints to the regulators, although we're still thinking about it.

friends, please understand this company has no control over scammers spoofing their phone number. if you’re not an existing customer, or you receive calls outside of business hours, chances are it’s a spam call not made by the business!

Received a number of unsolicitated calls from this company.They didn't even have the courtesy to answer my return call or leave a voicemail.Please leave me alone.

The spammers are using this number again.Hopefully your business Isn't suffering. Figure the 5 stars may help balance out your rating and hope anyone using this info to check about your company should know perhaps why there are bad reviews
