Susan is an absolute professional with an amazing attention to detail. I have had a couple of messages at New Beginnings and will go back at least once a month. She is thorough, punctual, patient and even though she is the only one running the small business, she is doing an amazing job multi tasking. Susan is by far the best RMT I've ever known and her website is very easy to use for setting up appointments. Enjoy this little local hidden jem!

Susan is wonderful and certainly was during my treatment. I chose to have some stone treatment as part of my massage. Prior to my treatment, Susan did explain thoroughly what to expect regarding the amount to heat involved when using stones. I highly recommend Susan.
