I visited Illum back in May for my very first waxing appointment ever. Aaliyah was amazing and made the process comfortable. I just had my second appointment and it was equally great. Salon is brand new, very clean. Everyone there is friendly. If you’re considering trying waxing for the summer, don’t hesitate to give them a call or book online!

Illum Salon and Spa is West Galt’s little gem! I went to Nivein for a cut and highlights that included a deep conditioning treatment. So luxurious! I also had a waxing service done by Ashley, who really knows her stuff and is the kindest person. Love the online booking platform - quick and effortless. I’m so happy to welcome Illum to the neighborhood!

It's always a great experience coming here to see Nivein. The atmosphere and the service is excellent. l'm always happy with how she styles my hair and my kids like their haircuts from her as well. I highly recommend this salon!
