I reached out to them and they were very responsive. Arrived when they said they would. I had an issue with my doorbell camera, they diagnosed is and fixed it in a timely manner. Technician Manny was very easy and great to deal with.

Got a security system with cameras set up from Manny and the team at Pride. One word is exceptional!!! They came in while I was working from home and never disturbed me once. They were so professional and after they left I couldn’t even tell they had been here. They cleaned the supplies up and were in and out. Was amazing working with them and I’m so thankful I went to them. They explained the systems to me and my family and now we use each function with so much ease. I would truly only recommend them for anyone that needs any services around the home. Thanks again to the whole team at Pride!

I contacted them about installing a doorbell and also wiring up our battery powered Ring camera, so that we don’t have to keep swapping out the batteries.Manny was very professional throughout our conversations online, and responded in a timely manner.They arrived early, despite the weather being freezing, and professionally completed the job in a short amount of time. Very happy with the Ring doorbell they installed, it has advanced features and almost rapid response time.I would recommend them to anyone looking for home security solutions, and any of the other services they provide.
