The Source

I was told two different prices in less than an hour. Price changed so fast they didn’t have time to display the actual price the way other prices of headphones were displayed so I went to the source in the other mall. Had much better experience at the Source in the Eaton Centre, which is just down the hall from there.

Amazing service from Malik. He helped me with my problems and found an optimal solution! Definitely coming back if I need anything else.

I wish i could give them 0 star. This is the situation. I've brought my laptop to be fixed in store in December, since it was still under the 3 years warranty. After I've purchased my laptop through the website, I've had my fitbit that stopped working and was still under warranty. I've brought it back to get fixed, but they stopped responding until the warranty was over. I never saw it again.Fast forward to now, I was still uneasy having to bring my laptop to the store since I've lost my fitbit in 2020.No paperwork nor confirmation to confirm that I've brought it to be fixed. I've bought a USB stick ( proof that I was there) to be able to transfer the content of my laptop since they have suggested that, even though it was only the screen that had an issue. That I understood, with all the privacy and personal information.I went back today. I was ready this time to record our conversation. He claims that the email was received, that they'll fix it, and it'll be ready in about 2-3 weeks. But when he wanted to show me the email, it magically disappeared. He will be calling me today. I'm not holding my breath. This is a computer used by my daughter for her school work and homework. So here I am... regretting doing business with this company and will go to corporate to complain with all my emails.***update*** 16/01/2023 Customer service tells me that the store's manager will be contacting me in less than an hour, 4 days later, they never did. I'm still not holding my breath.

The worst store in Montrea not professional they play cards at the cash. What kind of customer service this I advise everyone don’t go to the store
