I used the app to check in and was able to get a haircut as soon as I walked in the door. The staff are always friendly. I went to for MVP experience to get the steamy face towel and scalp massage. Got a nice haircut and beard trim at a great price

My go to place to get a haircut. Great place to get one, and I always go for the MVP. And look for Ana, she is superb! I highly recommend her! 10/10

New staff is not as good as they were in 2020. I was being told by one of the hairdressers that they won’t let me in if I’ll be late. :( . The double MVP Haircutting is also not worth giving extra few bucks. You guys should hire more experienced staff who’s also great at greeting.

I have been here 5 times in a row And every single time the barber trims my top they always cut off triple what I asked for today I asked for a quart inch off the top but then they cutt of 3/4 of my hair absolutely embarrassing on the poor patience of sport clips also the staff is inexperienced staff they don’t know how to be patient with their cuts they like rushing things I’mNot going in there paying your over priced cuts to end up looking like the new stars wars alien

Worst haircut I’ve ever experienced. The stylist didn’t listen to me whatsoever on what I wanted and was never asked or offered the mvp experience or even given a chance to ask I will never go back.

My 16 year old son went in for a hair cut, his usual girl was with a client so he took Subi... WHAT A MASSIVE MISTAKE. He asked for a #2 on the sides but FINGER LENGTH on top because he has several cowlicks and too short creates bald spots. Side cut was good but then she just grabbed the clippers and proceeded to buzz cut the whole rest of his head. He came home mortified. If you cant LISTEN AND EXECUTE what your client is asking for then GO HOME AND STAY THERE. You should not be working here. I will be calling themanager alao today. This was absolute garbage service.

Went for haircut and was very dissatisfied. The place is reasonable and gave a hefty discount for a first comer but the hair dresser was not upto the mark. Extremely dissatisfied with the haircut. Not sure if I will go back again ..

I was disappointed in the cut. In n effort to try to feel like I got some positive out of the experience I asked for a tidy up of the beard and mustache. Within seconds she took off half of an 18 month handlebar mustache. I am so upset that I gave them a chance.
