Had a brilliant experience opening a new account at this branch, Deshaki was amazing! She talked me through the whole thing and I got my debit card straight away, plus online/app banking set-up. I've honestly never had a better experience in a bank before. Great place for new arrivals in Canada & Calgary to open their first account.

I wait for over 2 hours on the phone call of their customer service. The thing is after the long waiting period, they just hung up on me. I don’t know why this bank still exist?

Discusting service. They would not help me because clicking the mouse is hard work. So i phoned AND THEY HELPED ME . they treated me like a low life here. i was about to close my account and pull out all my money savings and retirement credit. EVERYTHING. . i CANNOT WAIT TILL ROBOTS REPLACE YOU . ROBOTS WILL HANDLE YOUR MONEY BETTER THAN THESE TILLERS. they are always confused and mis handle money . (Put money in wrong accoubts . Take out wrong amounts) so funny the phone tillers HELPED . IN PERSON THE JUDGE YOU AND BELITTLE YOU . DISGUSTING SERVICE. iv been with bmo 10 plus years. Now im considering taking ALL my money away from these idiots. PLEASE PUT THE ROBOTS HERE IN THIS BRANCH FIRST . THESE PEOPLE CANT EVEN COUNT TO TEN .

I have been visiting this BMO branch since 2018. Cyndy and team are fantastic to work with. Cyndy has always gone above and beyond to meet my requirements and short timelines. Depending on my requirements, they have always been able to offer appropriate products. I have always been treated very nicely and always felt like a priority here. This is a great bank to do business with and Cyndy is an awesome Branch Manager !

My colleague and I have the best experience in opening an account in this branch. There were some challenges because of the uniqueness of the account and the institution I represent, but I only can express my appreciation for the time and dedication I got from Cyndy and Meera to meet our needs. Again, thanks a lot!

Most of staff here are really capable and good at what they do but not the others, if you are unfortunate enough to deal with the not so capable employees here, the experience will be awful.

For banking this branch is good. I don't think I will invest with them again. Am trying to cash in my GIC. With my investment person I make a phone call and my RRSP is cashed so easily. Did paperwork to cash in my GIC. Filled out paperwork and told the money will be deposited. Received a letter it is renewed and I have 10 days to cancel if it's a mistake. Now have to go to bank to get it fixed. Never again!!
