Got my lash extensions and refill here. I am happy with the results of my first appointment but not the refill. The refill fell out after about 1 week. I also had to mention the tech had her phone out and it kept buzzing and texting during my appointment. Very unprofessional.

I've been to The Beauty House a couple of times before to get sugaring and lash services done. Most recently I've gotten my semi-permanent makeup for eyeliner and eyebrows done, and had such a positive experience overall.The staff are super friendly and I absolutely adore Quyen, who did such an amazing job with my eyes and eyebrows. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more services.

Loved my visit and service. From the time you enter the reception is extremely friendly and welcoming. Kate was my lash technician. She is exceptional and very detailed. Before I knew it, she was finished. Loved the look and outcome. Received many compliments. I highly recommend!

Prior to Covid, I came to this salon religiously for all my lash and eyebrow needs. I loved this place, I recommended this place to friends and family. Many became clients themselves. I moved away from Toronto and recently returned to get my lashes done for the holidays and an upcoming trip. I was beyond excited, the hours of travel didn't deter me. I arrived and asked if my preferences were still on file and was informed yes. I was thrilled. My last tech took me up, didn't ask any questions which I didn't see any issue with because my preferences were on file. Well, turns out one of the staff that updated my file put in the complete opposite of what I always had done. I was incredibly unhappy with my lashes and let my tech know who said sorry and the front desk know when time for payment came up. The front desk girl was really nice and spoke to my tech. The tech took me back up and I thought was going to rectify the situation but instead only replaced a couple of the lashes. I was very upset and very disappointed. I acknowledge that the front desk did confirm what was on file and I said great not knowing that those numbers and letters didn't represent what I wanted. The lash tech did do exactly what was on my file, the problem is the business made a mistake on my file. That's not my mistake it's theirs. More recently after I told them I wouldn't be back, there's no point of going back when I live hours away to this place, I was offered a credit to my account for my next visit. Seems like a very convenient solution on their end. The appropriate thing would have been to refund me or redo the lashes right then and there. This is no different then if I went to a hair salon and said do my usual color and they dyed my hair black when i always got red. I was charged around $200 for lashes I didn't want and hated due to their administrative error.The original staff that worked here seem to be gone, such a shame. They were always amazing, asked lots of questions, went through photos with you and made sure you were happy with your results.

I've seen Mariia twice, once to get my first set of eyelash extensions ever and the second to get a refill ,she is so sweet and professional and made the whole process enjoyable. She gave me exactly what I had in mind and now I'm obsessed. I definitely will keep coming back here. The front desk staff is also amazing and the place is so clean

I had an amazing experience getting a facial with Vanessa. She answered all of my questions and really helped me figure out what was going on with my skin since I had been struggling with it for a while. She very kindly explained some things to me and what products would be good for my skin and how certain products could actually be making it worse. Her voice and energy was very calming and I felt very comfortable and appreciative of her approach.

I had booked a Brazilian wax appointment at this salon, but they had to cancel it and tried to contact me. Unfortunately, they were unable to reach me as I am not from Canada. However, I showed up at the salon and was informed that my appointment could not proceed. Although I was upset, I understand that it was due to circumstances beyond their control. I was traveling to Mexico the next day and needed the service urgently, which made me feel disappointed. (Sorry)However, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They contacted other centers to find an alternative, and when I did, they paid for my service and gave me a complimentary skin care product. I truly appreciate their efforts and concern for my needs. In the end, I left the salon with a positive impression and would highly recommend their services.
