Nothing to do with their service but van 64, on the road was driving extremely erratic and dangerous. Tailgating and trying to run people off the road!!!

Couldn't imagine calling any one else when I need something. They are helpful, understanding, polite and hard workers. 10/10 Recommend.

I have used the company in the past, never again. I sheduled a maintence service a month ago and arranged my day to ensure I was here this morning to accommodate the service.. I got a call this morning the day of the appointment to inform me they are too busy and it seems I was not a priority. This level of disrespect I find appalling and unworthy of my business.

These guys are great. They look after my plumbing, Hvac, and fireplace. Service is amazing. They fix everything very fast. One of the best service companies I've ever worked with!!!

I bought a house with furnace that was serviced by Atchison Plumbing and Heating not once but twice in the last 2 months! When we came to do a final inspection, the furnace was working. 1 week later we moved in and the furnace is not working. The house was vacant and the furnace was shut off so there was no reason for it to break in one week. I called them to come see what the problem was. The guy was here for 1 hour he said he thought it was the thermostat. I asked him if it would be cheaper for me to go get a thermostat and he said he would charge me $25. Turns out he charged me over 100 in travel time to go to his office and get a thermostat! So in total he was here for 1 hour and he charged me 355.........AND HE DIDNT FIX THE FURNACE! Not only did he not fix the furnace he couldn't tell me for sure what the problem was. Wow! I dont know how people live with themselves by acting so shady and I certainly don't know how they run this way.

This company is a joke. One of their employees they sent was named Dave, he offers plumbing services on the side for cash. He will give you his phone number to contact him instead of the company Atchison. He also offered his phone number to others in the neighborhood. Avoid this company, look elsewhere.

Not impressed. A worker came in to install our shower doors and scratched a fridge I have for sale. I had moved the fridge out of the way to avoid anything happening to it but he somehow accidentally scratched, he may not have even noticed. I called the office 3 times to speak with someone about this (left message each time) no one bothered to respond . I’m giving a 3 star because the worker was good and he did a great job if it was based on him solely the rating would have been higher. I am now going to be out several hundred dollars due to the location of the scratches.

Family run operation!! Friendly, helpfull, knowledge staff. Showroom displays a great variety of plumbing fixtures, as well as fireplaces. Ditto for crews on job site, courteous, great at troubleshooting whether a plumbing or heating service call.

Great work, used these guys many times for my rental properties and I am always happy with the service and attention to details.

They were very friendly and gave me a great deal on the replacement parts I needed. And quick too! Thanks again!
