Horrible customer service, staff needs to be train how to talk with customer

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am receiving from your dealership. My Audi Q8 has been in the shop for a busted alternator for weeks now, and I have not received any information about when it will be fixed.Despite numerous attempts to contact your dealership, I have not received any response or update about the status of my vehicle. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and it is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration.I purchased an Audi Q8 with the expectation of exceptional quality and service, but this experience has left me feeling let down and unsupported.I urge you to take immediate action to address this situation and provide me with a realistic ETA for when my car will be ready. Additionally, I expect you to improve your communication channels and ensure that customers are informed about the status of their vehicles.I hope that this public post will draw attention to the issues I am facing and prompt a swift resolution to this matter.

Owned Audis for years. Andrew working at the service department needs to gain more experience. He let the car go with a warning from the sensor for tire pressure low. I had to tell him there is a nail. Imagine how dangerous this is when you’re driving around with kids in the car. Service cannot be trusted.

The only reason I write this review is because of my recent experience. I ordered a car when the rates were low and the price was much better than the date that car arrived. When the car arrived, a manager called me and told there is some miscalculation with the sale agent and they cancelled the deal and sent me a cheque for my deposit! She even didn’t me an option that if I want to have a deal with the new condition. So, the person is a manager and I even don’t know to where I can complain to inform the owner. I was happy with Audi Pfaff and I am super happy with Porsche Pfaff. So, what can I do when someone bullies me?! Very upset and frustrated!

Night mare experience. High end car treated with chaos and no care. Be weary

Booked an appointment for second key programming, performed within reasonable time.However service manager needs to manage the area better. Why design the customer area for customer experience when staff does nothing. Turn the tv’s on, make sure the coffee counter is stocked and clean. Note what you would expect from a brand who wants to be considered premium
