I took the Full-Stack development course at InnoTech, and while I knew nothing about website development going into the course, I came out with a skillset that was versatile and adaptable to many situations I would find myself in in the workplace. The structure of the course makes logical sense in that you learn the fundamentals thoroughly first, and then move into frameworks, and then get more into back-end coding. The assignments are fun, practical, and align with the content being learned at the time. The instructors are available during office-hours basically every day there isn’t class, and Alex would also stay extra time after class to further explain things if needed, or just give us space to work on our assignments. Alex is an incredible teacher - respectful, relatable, and his passion for coding is extremely contagious. It made the sometimes-daunting long Saturday classes much easier to show up to. He encourages self-study (but is always there if you get stuck), which I’ve found to be one of the most applicable skills to my career so far.In terms of 100% job placement, for the students actively looking at the end of the course - this is true. The last couple weeks in class are spent making LinkedIn connections in the industry via MeetUp events (and real conferences in not-COVID times), Industry Presentations, and actively reaching out to companies in order to build your network. I was able to land a job in the industry before the class was even over thanks to these events! The job I got uses a completely different stack than used in class, but I was able to apply everything I learned in the course to what I needed to learn at my job.Once graduated, the staff at InnoTech are still available to you. It’s been almost a year now since I've graduated, and I recently reached out to Alex for help with something I’m working on about a week ago and he made the time. Angeline has also since checked in to see what my job situation is like and if there’s anything she can help with. The small class sizes make it easy to build these close relationships. While I do agree you could do this course alongside other things, it is still a condensed diploma course, so be prepared for a lot of content as well as time spent working outside of class hours. I really enjoyed my time at InnoTech and really do recommend it to people who are interested in starting a career in tech (or even just learning a new skill).

Completed their Web Development Program and was impressed with the amount of material covered in a condensed program and with relevant technologies.

Good content, great instructor (Alex), very sub par post graduation support from anyone other than Alex.Definitely not 100% employment rate.

I graduated from the Full Stack Development program in March of 2022. The program itself was great as I had been coding as a hobby for years so I had some good base knowledge going in. If you are going in without any knowledge about programming, it can be very intimidating at first with how fast you learn and progress through the program, but with hard work and motivation you can definitely graduate and be work ready. The projects you get to build are both fun and practical. I can't honestly say enough good things about the program itself.I had Alex as my instructor and I cannot say enough good things about that man. His passion to help others learn coding is undeniable. He was always there for if you need him and even 5 months later is available to me for any questions I have. The job hunt after graduation for me, was the most difficult part. If you are good at networking/social media already then I would say you may have an easier time then I did as I am very bad at those things. Finding a job was a grind filled with disappointment and getting ghosted. I went from graduation in March until July 4th, when I started my Junior Developer position. During those months, I sent out 76 applications and only got one real interview with the place I am employed. If you happen to live in an area with a local tech scene(I don't) you may have an easier time as well as I had to find remote work only basically cutting down on the amount of places I could apply.Don't go into the job hunt expecting it to be easy, it was a grind and at times tough mentally, but as long as you keep pushing though you will get the one yes" you need like I did.The 100% employment rate they have

Learned a lot in the Fullstack Development Diploma. Alex, the instructor, is an awesome teacher. He will break concepts down so that you can understand it much better. He also shows that he cares about every students' learning journey and provides all the help he can give. I had landed my first development job 2 weeks before graduation after taking tips and tricks I learned early on in the program. The content is spot on with industry trends and standards.
