I went for a gel removal on my hands..very bad customer service they used the machine to remove a gel that can be removed with acetone…and now my nails are sensitive, thin as a paper and they break in the middle of the nail…if you absolutely have to go there(because no other place is open)for gel removal, ask them to use acetone or partly machine and rest acetone. At the end I said to them that I was not satisfied with the service and that my nails were hurting/sensitive but nothing was done to accommodate me. The person that made me pay just said that they are sorry and the person that did my nails didn’t even address me.

I decided last minute to have a pedicure (shellac). Have noticed their sign for quite some time and decided to try them. I called and was given an appt 40 minutes later. Very happy with my pedicure, beautiful clean place with very relaxing music. Going back later this week for manicure. Thank you.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. The professional work, soothing atmosphere and fabulous caring staff keep me going back. From the relaxing seats, shell inspired foot baths, to the music that makes you forget where you are. I never come out of there disappointed. This is hands down, the best nail salon on the West Island. Every visit feels like a spa get away. I just love it!! Thank you Katelyn Nails. Happy New Year!Dianea

I don’t usually leave reviews. My nails feel worse then when I arrived. One of my nails is missing parts of the top coat and is discoloured. She pulled extra skin around my nail that led me to bleed. I have a ton of nail polish not on my nails. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

Worse pedi mani I have ever had. Worse customer experience I have ever encountered. Unexperienced staff plus very argumentative. Did not want to work on the colour choice. Lazy service at best. Pedi substandard. Unprofessional. Mani shellac removal an ordeal for them. Manicure substandard. Who cuts cuticules off?Never again.

I've gotten my nails done here a few times now. The atmosphere is very nice and the shop is clean. However, I got an acrylic refill done there last week and I had nail polish all over my cuticles. It's been a few days now and I'm still trying to peel off the polish that was cured onto my skin. The nail polish on my nail is rather bumpy and the coat is uneven.

It was my first time here and I am so impressed. This place stands out compared to other places I have gone to and it will become my go-to place from now on!! Staff was so incredibly kind and the manager really showed that he cared for his customers and would do anything to ensure satisfaction. Wonderful staff! I got a full acrylic set and was so happy with my nails.
