Fantastic service. I engaged them twice in the last 6 months. First engagement was pre-planned. Second engagement was after hours emergency. On both occasions, I encountered friendly and knowledgeable phone calls and professional in person attendance when resolving the issues. Highly recommended.

Better Locks did some security upgrades in our building. It was a great experience overall. Kevin and Justin are extremely professional, responsive, and helpful. Kevin did most of the onsite work. He was great to work with, and extremely respectful of the building (e.g., cleaned up everyday, followed the building's COVID-19 protocols, was willing to answer questions and assist residents, etc.). It has been a few months since they completed the work and the quality has proven to be excellent. I highly recommend!

My husband went to see Justin to make duplicate keys for our Smart car. Three blanks were used and cut manually from his machine. Unfortunately, the blanks that were used were no good so they didn’t work at all but Justin offered to use his computer program to cut another 2 blanks free of charge. So my husband went back the next day. After the keys were cut, they still didn’t quite work properly. So Justin did some tweaking right away and the keys finally worked. My husband couldn’t be happier. Justin’s customer service is top notch. We highly recommend Better Lock Group. Keep up the good work Justin!

Last year, I went to get 5 keys cut. On my way out, I noticed that some of the keys had the indents on the wrong spot. Luckily I went back and asked about it, and they replaced them for me. How did the locksmith manage to cut the key the wrong way??

If I could give zero I would. Customer service is abysmal. I was deciding on purchasing a lock. I changed my mind about purchasing a lock right when as I was tapping my card. Decided to wait and mull it over some more but the transaction went through too quickly. The person working refused to refund the item I just purchased a second earlier.

Went to Better Lock and it was not Better! Asked to cut keys for ABUS Lock (high-quality lock) and I was assured the store blanks would work, they did not. I cut 6 keys @$55. I then sourced the blanks locally myself and went back to the store with a receipt, and asked them to recut them . They stated they wanted to charge me again. Only an idiot would agree to this. Takeaway: please teach your staff that ABUS keys can only be cut on ABUS blanks and when a customer provides you with an opportunity to fix your mistakes - instruct them to resolve the issue given you've been paid .I highly recommend to go elsewhere if you expect any level of customer service or warranty of work.

I paid over $50 for just a car key copy on my own bulk key, not including programming. It took less than 5 minutes. Do you think it is reasonable price? Don't rip off the customers with easy peazy jobs.- So you think $50 is reasonable price for just a key copy, because you cannot program it, right? If you do the programming job, can you do this for the same price? If you think the price is fair, I have nothing to say. Other customers will judge about that.

Great service, providing friendly professional advice, carrying a larger selection of key items than most, thus with the ability to quickly cut particular keys of strata buildings that other stores simply do not carry. Being recommended as a first choice, they've proven to help avoid the risk of wasting time (being turned away from other smaller shops that combine too many services but done not as sufficiently).
