I came to this store after looking everywhere for an ingredient for herbal medicine. This was the only store that knew what I was talking about and had some in stock. The nice man who I believe owns the store was so overly kind it touched my heart! I highly recommend this place. They had so many other amazing products too. This store is truly a diamond in the rough and I will be a life long customer:):):)

I am glad I came across this little shop. Ben is so knowledgeable and helpful. I went in and explained the issues I was having and he informed me of the options I had and recommended a couple supplements. He even went out of his way to provide sheets of research on them. The shop has a huge selection of natural remedies. Support small local businesses!

I bought a box of tea. I went to the counter to purchase and found out it was 50% off. Oh, okay, awesome. Got to my car and after wondering why it was on special, I checked the box and saw the best before date is Feb 2018. That is over 4 years out of date! Tea that is made with organic fruit as far as I know is not supposed to have preservatives. I have no trust in this store keeping their stock fresh after this and won't be shopping here again.

Great health food store! The owners are caring, knowledgeable and always go out of their way to help you.☀️My favourite health food store. You can find everything from supplements, health snacks, grocery items, unique supplements, teas, to tons of items in bulk. They even carry honey, Himalayan salts lamps, soaps, aromatherapy oils and much more.

Excellent service. Extremely helpful staff. I can't emphasise enough on that! They will order anything you need in of they can get it, very knowledgeable about everything. Will be going back for sure. They have natural food products in the store if you ever need or want to try any. Great prices too.
