He is a very good communicator and did a great job helping us be prepared for signing, coordinating paperwork and requirements from our Witnesses. He arrived on time for our appointment, wore a mask and gloves and was well prepared. He did a great job keeping everything organized which was a bit of a task because we were executing quite a few documents between my Wife and I. I would highly recommend Richard, he was a big help at a reasonable price.

My aunt in the Philippines needed my mom to sign a legal document ASAP. Since my mom is immobile and in a long term care facility, taking her out of the facility to sign and notarize the document wasn’t a option.I googled mobile notaries and Richard was the first to respond. He inquired about the document and determined that we also needed an Apostille, which was never mentioned by my aunt or her attorney. He also noted that we’d need an additional witness, which I was able to procure at the facility.After the signing, Richard took the document to the Secretary of State for the Apostille. Once that was obtained, he dropped the documents off at my dad’s.Richard was prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. His rates are more than reasonable. He made the entire process easier. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future!
