I recently had the opportunity to have a one on one discussion with Mr. Geenspoon. He is genuinely interested in ensuring people have not been wronged. His passion for his profession and his community involvement are evident in his approach to hearing your issues.

If I could give less stars I would. I got ripped of for 10k from these guys. I got assaulted from a Tim Hortons employee on boxing day 2 years ago and was charged. I appealed the case and they told me I had a case and that the judge made a mistake and that I would either get acquitted or have a retrial. Almost a year and a half later and they messaged me saying my appeal was denied. Wasted 10k. Stay away from this firm!!!!! I wish I had read the comments prior

Go to another law firm if you're looking for a good lawyer, you won't find any here. I didn't receive any news from my lawyer until I asked, these guys will wait until the very last minute to prepare" you

*!!! READ FIRST !!! * & AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! * If I could revoke stars I would. Do not even bother wasting your time contacting, going in or calling this firm. Every person you talk to there has ABSOLUTELY NO interest in helping you. I did not even ask to retain them as my lawyers, but went in to talk to ANYONE that could give me legal advice or answer a few question I had. I went in 5 times, in September, in October, in November, in December AND now in January. Every time I was told that their Caseload" was too much. They had no time for appointments because all their lawyers were booked for the whole week

Well worth the retainer fee. She was clear in explaining to us what to expect, and at managing our expectations every step of the way by letting us know what was realistic. Very professional attitude, prompt follow-ups, great service. Should I ever need a lawyer again (which of course I hope life is smooth sailing and I don't need to) I will definitely be retaining their services again. Don't listen to other negative reviews, send Greenspon-Hill an email or phone them and they will let you know straight away whether your case has a legal argument or not.
