The Ice Cream Tank
The Ice Cream Tank has been our go to for many years now, any trip to the beach is most likely guaranteed ice cream. The service is always friendly, helpful and very quick. They have a huge selection of ice creams and other icy cold desserts and drinks for a hot day. The serving sizes are enormous and they are priced very fairly. Would highly recommend stopping in to the Ice Cream Tank on your next beach day or visit to Port Dover.

What a place!!!! So delicious. Had the rolls, which are 7.00, alittle pricey but not to bad. Had the avocado rolls and they were not to sweet and so delicious. Many ice cream flavours, roll options, cheesecake on a stick and coffees. Staff is exceptional and friendly, play with cash or tap debit. Place is well kept and clean, right on the strip by the beach. Prime location. Also has a small seating area out front.

Your Port Dover Ice Cream shop! I haven't stopped at all the ice cream shops down by the waterfront but you get a lot of good ice cream at a fair ice cream shop price. A single" is not your typical size! Just skip the waffle."

I tried the Niagara Peach flavour with their in-house waffle cone. So delicious and fresh. Plus their price is great for the amount they give you. Single scoop was almost enough to feed two adults...my mom and I had to share one and we were still full.

We were attracted by how nice this ice cream shop looked like and were so impressed!The staff guy was very friendly and made nice suggestion (chocolate banana dip was very good).They offer waffle cones homemade. Tastes wonderfulThe place offers many flavours and was very well maintained. Very clean and welcomingI strongly suggest you buy your ice cream there!

Was a little pricy for 4 waffle cones, we got 1 kiddie cone (1scoop) & 3 waffle cones with 2 scoops each, it was $35.However, the scoops were BIG and the waffle cones were the best we have tried in the area for sure! The ice cream was very good also. If your an ice cream connoisseur like myself, then you know, if you have ever had “Shaws” ice cream then you know. The ice cream at the ice cream tank, was just as good if not better then “Shaws” !! I was very impressed and now know why the line up was 10-15 min wait! LolKeep up the good work!!

One of the best ice creams I have had till date. Went on a Sunday evening and there was a really long queue. Waited about 25 minutes and it was totally worth it. Had ordered a waffle cone double double (coffee and chocolate) flavor ice cream. Was super creamy and such beautiful burst of flavor in every lick taken.

Probably the main reason to visit Port Dover. Incredible ice cream. Just keep in mind that if you order 3 scoops, be ready to eat the equivalent of a pint of ice cream. So worth it.Also they have pickle flavour.

Loved the ice cream! The employee suggested some really great flavors, went ahead with the Coconut Mango scoop! May look pricy, but for $9 you get a small bowl with 6-7 rolls of ice cream, which is more than enough quantity.
