I may be a little biased but when I was a customer, this is by far the most affordable place to purchase vinyl. Products are clear to see on the walls.

Its a great place for affordable needles, thread and htv.

Horrible customer service. I contacted them to purchase a cutting machine and wanted to have it delivered. They would deliver for a charge, so I said I would place the order on Amazon, where they advertise free shipping. They told me they would refuse my order if it came through Amazon. I did in fact place the order, but after a bit of thought, I felt it was too risky to buy a $600 item from a store with such poor customer service from the get-go. I contacted Amazon and reported them.

Very happy with the service, and the machine, I highly recommend this business.

If anyone is looking for any machine THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I got a machine there and Heather went above and beyond to help me, I can not say how great it was to have got my machine there.. the rest of staff was also very helpful and nice.

Quick and swift service and cleaning. We came in just wanting a cleaning and check out on my machine, and they cleaned it immediately, checked whether it sounded good and sewed well, and sent me out without any cost. They even gave me a few tips on keeping it lint free and working well. Can't say enough about how pleased I am with their service.

Brought my Brother sewing machine in with a problem with the needle sticking and would not work, just after changeing the bobbi. Came about 45 minutes before closing. Expected to have to leave it a few days. The two ladies put their heads together and opened it up, noted how clean I kept it, and went through a number of steps to diagnose the issue. They blew it out, cleaned up some overenthusiastic oiling, then noticed the bobin case was not quite lined up in it's seat. Turned it and then had perfect stitches!Then they did not charge me! I came away with a working maching in about 15 minutes! Thank you ladies! Will recommend you to all my sewing friends!
